Student: Man OfferEd $10 for First Kiss, $2 for Second One

LANCASTER  -  A 61-year-old man has been sentenced to six years in prison for kissing a preteen boy in an Antelope Valley elementary school restroom.

Jorge Aparicio pleaded no contest to felony committing a lewd act on a child. Prosecutors say Aparicio kissed the 11-year-old boy on the lips in the Joshua Hills Elementary School cafeteria restroom.

The boy told school officials he had been approached eight different times by Aparicio, who allegedly gave the boy $10 for a kiss, then $2 for a second kiss.

Sheriff's Sgt. Dan Scott says Aparicio regular took lunches to his nephews in the school cafeteria.

Investigators set up a ``sting'' operation at the school on April 11 and Aparicio allegedly gave his nephews their lunch and followed the boy into the restroom, where he was arrested.
